The seller wears the pants

Pants in the FamilyAfter reading the agent ‘private remarks’ on MLS listing after listing, I thought buyers might want to see why I am telling them that sellers once again wear the pants in the family.

When you look at these listing remarks, you can see that equity sellers as well as REO and short sale sellers of homes less than $600,000 are no longer begging for buyers. They are simply trying to narrow them down to the highest and best offer on their home. Although it is becoming a seller’s market in these properties, that doesn’t mean that every seller gets top dollar, though.

Once I find a storage unit for the 4 dozen offers that didn’t get accepted, I will tell you the story and show you what you can do so that you don’t get left in the dust like 47 other buyers did.
