Camelia GroundsIn case you are wondering why we don’t buy this home from the sellers and put a nice tenant in it… We certainly would if we could.  A 20% down buyer could buy this home for the same price they would be paying in rent while an investor could appreciate monthly income with a slightly larger investment.  The problem is that since we once owned it, and since I am the listing agent and it is a short sale, Gary and I would not be allowed to buy it.
