While I represent more than just Lake Forest Real Estate, it is my home, and therefore one of my favorite places to help people to find a new home. As you can see, there are over 84 communities of Lake Forest including Portola Hills and Foothill Ranch. Because this city is so centrally located to Irvine businesses, John Wayne Airport, Orange County parks, beaches and plenty of shopping, it is a great place to own a home. I have divided this map into 4 sections to make it easier to decide where to start:

• Lake Forest II Master Homeowners Association (AKA the Sun and Sail Club) (black area)
• Lake Forest I Homeowners Association (AKA the Beach and Tennis Club) (blue area)
• Marvelous homes outside of these HOA’s (all other area on this map)
• Other areas in Orange County (any areas not on the map)
